19 week ultrasound!

Wow...got some updates!!!
4-27-10: Darrell had a half day at work and was able to go with me to the 19 week ultrasound check-up. They reconfirmed that Deegan is indeed a boy, 98% turtle were their exact words, lol. Three people have now mentioned how active he is...he moves around constantly!! The bad news is that both of his kidneys were a bit dilated. But the doctor had said he was sure that his urinary system was working because there was plenty of amniotic fluid and Deegan's bladder was full! But my OB called me on Friday and said the fetal specialist department at the hospital will be calling me for a follow-up ultrasound just to make sure everything is all good! Still waiting for their call...

05-01-10: Darrell and I went to Tommy's for dinner because I was craving some bad food! LOL...when we got home I sat on the couch and felt this hard jab in my stomach. I placed my hand over the same spot and I felt Deegan's kick from the outside...I screamed for Darrell, and luckily, he kicked one more time so Darrell could feel!! We were both giggling because it's so weird...but very cool. I feel him move around all the time now on the inside.

05-05-10: I'm so excited for our baby shower on June 6th!!! I just want everyone I love to be there and share this experience with me!! Yeah!! As for symptoms...I've been feeling tired lately, I think it's the heat. AND, my stomach is growing...it's so big I feel like I can't breathe sometimes, like right now as I type LOL. And it's itching like crazy...I've been caking on cocoa butter, oil, and other moisturizers...I just hope they do their job!!!
