More sickness and more yoga!

So, I still haven't officially gotten morning sickness...but I do feel nauseous every once in a while. My doctor prescribed me vitamin B-6 to take with my prenatal vitamins to help with nausea. Well...started taking them yesterday and I feel that my nausea has gotten worse! I don't even feel comfortable leaving the house! So I'm going to stop taking them and see what happens...to be continued...


This yoga dvd is the BOMB for pregnant ladies! I've been doing it for 3 weeks now...and I definitely feel a difference in flexibility and I have a sense of calmness! The ONLY negative side to it, is that they go through the moves fast, so sometimes I just hit 'pause' and hold it for a little longer. You need a yoga mat and a chair...and for your 2nd and 3rd trimesters you will need a yoga block and a yoga strap! It's great too, because it's broken down for each trimester! Love this...go buy it now!!
